For this client, I built a complete end-to-end marketing system designed to fill high-end wellness retreats with ease. The project included developing a custom landing page optimized for conversions, mapping the entire customer journey from first touch to booking, and creating a multi-email marketing campaign to nurture leads and drive registrations. I also designed a streamlined intake and onboarding process to simplify client management and elevate the participant experience.
As a result, the client exceeded their sales goal by 25% and reported smoother, more consistent communication with participants throughout the retreat process. The final deliverable was a repeatable, plug-and-play system that can be duplicated for every future retreat—saving time, increasing consistency, and ensuring every event launches with a professional, cohesive brand experience.
